INVITATION TO TENDER

The ASMTTI invites sealed tenders for the provision of Security Services

1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 8:00 to 5:00 PM at the address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website https://ahmedmwidanitvc.ac.ke/

2. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested applicants upon payment of a non-refundable fees of 1000/= (One thousand Kenyan Shillings only) Payment should be made to KCB Bank. (Account Number 1200284808387) Changamwe Branch. Or Pay bill No 247247 Account No: 323211, Account Name: AHMED SHAHAME MWIDANI TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL. No cash payment shall be accepted.
3. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website https://ahmedmwidanitvc.ac.ke/
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@ahmednwidanitvc.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before [17th JULY 2026 at 10am]. Electronic Tenders [will not] be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
